What I have seen in terms of laptop memory is there are specifications such as SDRAM, DDR and many others, that must fit the requirements of the mother board. If the personal computer's motherboard is rather current and there are no operating system issues, updating the memory literally will take under 1 hour. It's one of many easiest laptop or computer upgrade procedures one can imagine. Thanks for expressing your ideas.
