In this case, the traveler will have to reconnect with the team at his own risk and expense, without the right to a refund for the service he lost. The travel agency will make every effort to assist him in this. At airports and ports you must be at least two (2) hours before your departure.

If no flight attendant is provided, you must confirm your next flights with the airline on the spot and make sure what time and from which airport and terminal your flight departs.

Any loss of the means of transport of the organized trip due to delay of the traveler implies the loss of the whole trip, in case it is not possible to reconnect with the rest of the group at his own expense, without the right of refund. In this case, the costs of reconnecting with the rest of the group are borne by the travelers themselves, and the travel agency will make every effort to assist them organizationally in this.

In case the traveler interrupts his trip by his own decision and leaves the group, he is not entitled to any further services or compensation and the responsibility and costs of any travel outside the group are borne by him. In the same way, our office is not responsible for services of organized travel which were not provided to the traveler by his own negligence or responsibility, or due to his illness. In case the customer is prevented from participating in the organized trip in which he has reserved, he can assign his reservation to another person, who meets the conditions for participation in the specific trip, no later than 5 working days before departure, while especially for sea transport the deadline is 10 working days before departure.

In case of any outstanding balance of the amount or possible additional costs from the assignment, the assignor and the transferee are jointly and severally liable to our office for their payment. Especially in the case of air carriers, it should be noted that it is not possible to change the passenger’s name, but only to cancel the existing booking and to book a new seat if this is possible on a case-by-case basis. Some countries require that travelers’ passports expire at least 3-12 months after their arrival time. The travel agency provides all the necessary information regarding the travel and other documents required for each trip and destination and their issuance and / or visa, but -even if it provides some assistance in the relevant process- is not responsible for any non-issuance or non-approval of these by the competent authorities, to which the traveler must address.

Especially nationals of other countries, who hold foreign passports, must inform the tourist office and address themselves to the consular authorities of their country, as well as the countries they will visit. Failure to ensure the timely issuance or approval of your travel documents does not justify the cancellation of your participation in the trip free of charge.
